About Logging In to 551pub

Your 551pub username and password are what keep your account yours. Every time you log in, you're entering a platform secured by SSL encryption — the same standard used across reputable financial services — so the connection between your device and 551pub is always protected.

To log in, you need the username or email address you registered with, along with your password. If you've enabled session reminders or other responsible gaming tools, those remain active when you're logged in regardless of which device you're using. Your settings follow your account, not your device.

For added security, certain account actions — including withdrawals and making changes to your registered contact details — require OTP verification via your Philippine mobile number. This is a one-time code sent by SMS, and it cannot be completed without access to your registered number. If you're in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, the OTP usually arrives within seconds.

Keeping Your 551pub Account Secure

Your account security is a shared responsibility. 551pub has the infrastructure in place — encryption, OTP, session management, and identity verification — but there are a few things on your end that make a real difference:

  • Use a password that's unique to 551pub and not shared with other sites or apps.
  • Never share your password or OTP code with anyone, including people claiming to be 551pub staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
  • If you log in on a shared device, always log out fully when you're done rather than just closing the tab.
  • If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately at [email protected] so we can secure the account.
Having trouble logging in? If you've forgotten your password or can't access your registered mobile number for OTP, contact 551pub support at [email protected] and the team will help you recover access to your account.

Transactions After You Log In

Once logged in, your account balance is displayed in Philippine Peso. 551pub handles all transactions in PHP — deposits via local bank transfer or Philippine e-wallets, and withdrawals back to your verified payment method. There's no currency conversion involved for players based in the Philippines.

Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) is required. If you haven't completed this yet, you can submit the relevant Philippine government-issued ID through the account section after logging in. The review is typically completed within one business day.

Gaming is for entertainment. Once you're logged in, we encourage you to use the deposit limit or session reminder tools if you'd like to manage your play more closely. These are available on request through support, and the Responsible Gaming page covers all available options in full.

Common Questions

Login FAQ

Quick answers to the questions 551pub players most often ask about logging in and account access.

Contact 551pub support at [email protected] and explain that you need to reset your password. The support team will guide you through a verification process — typically involving your registered Philippine mobile number or identity details — before restoring your access. Never share your password with support staff; they'll never ask for it.

OTP (one-time password) verification is part of 551pub's account security system. It's triggered for certain sensitive actions — such as withdrawals or changes to your account details — to confirm that it's really you making the request. The code is sent to the Philippine mobile number registered to your account. If you're not receiving OTPs, check your signal, or contact support for help.

Your 551pub account can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or desktop — the balance and session data stay in sync across devices. For security, it's best not to leave active sessions open on devices you share with others. If you notice activity on your account that you don't recognise, contact support immediately at [email protected].

An account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts, or if a responsible gaming restriction has been applied. In either case, contact 551pub support at [email protected] with your registered username and email address. Support will confirm the reason for the lock and guide you through the appropriate steps to regain access, where applicable.

Contact 551pub support to update your registered mobile number. Because this is a security-sensitive change, you'll need to verify your identity first. Once the update is processed, OTPs and account notifications will be sent to your new Philippine mobile number. It's important to keep this number current, especially since it's used for withdrawal verification.

Yes. The 551pub app is available for Philippine players and provides a faster, optimised login experience on mobile. Visit the Download page for instructions on how to get it on your device. Your existing username and password work on both the app and the browser version — one account, all platforms.
