At 551pub, the more you play, the more the platform works for you. The VIP program is built to recognise and reward players who are consistently active — with better limits, exclusive benefits, and a level of service that goes beyond the standard experience.
Most online gaming platforms offer a loyalty program in name only — points that accumulate slowly and offer very little of practical value. The 551pub VIP program is designed differently. It's structured around what active Filipino players actually value: better cashback rates, higher table limits, faster withdrawal processing, and access to exclusive promotions that aren't available to standard account holders.
The program runs across multiple tiers, starting from the entry level for new and casual players, and progressing through increasingly exclusive levels for those who play regularly. Each tier comes with a distinct set of benefits, and moving up happens naturally through consistent activity on the platform — you don't need to apply or jump through administrative hoops to advance.
Everything is tracked automatically. Eligible wagers on live casino tables, slot games, and sports betting markets accumulate toward your VIP point total. When you hit the threshold for the next tier, your status updates and the new benefits activate. You can track your current tier and progress from your account dashboard at any time.
For players based in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, the VIP program is accessible through both the website and the 551pub mobile app. Your tier status and accumulated points are synced across devices, so switching between desktop and mobile doesn't affect your progress.
VIP points at 551pub are earned through real-money wagers placed on qualifying games and betting markets. The general principle is straightforward: the more you play, the faster your points accumulate. Different game categories may contribute at different rates, with live casino and slots typically being the primary earning categories.
Points are calculated on wagered amounts, not on deposit amounts or winnings. This means that consistent play over time is what drives progression, rather than a single large deposit followed by inactivity. The system is designed to reward players who genuinely engage with the platform regularly.
Your VIP tier is determined by your cumulative points over a rolling period. Progress is visible in your account dashboard and updates in real time after each qualifying session.
Points thresholds and specific earning rates for each game category are detailed in the VIP terms available after account registration.
Each tier brings a new level of benefits. The higher you climb, the more exclusive your access becomes — from priority support to higher cashback and special event invitations.

Beyond the tier labels, here's what VIP membership actually means for your day-to-day experience on the platform.
VIP members from Silver tier and above receive cashback on qualifying losses over a set period. Higher tiers receive a higher cashback rate. This is credited to your account automatically — no claim required.
Standard withdrawal processing times apply to Bronze members. VIP tiers from Silver upward receive progressively faster handling, with Diamond members getting the highest-priority processing queue.
Table betting limits and weekly withdrawal caps increase as you move up the VIP tiers. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have access to significantly elevated limits compared to standard account holders.
From Platinum tier and above, each VIP member is assigned a dedicated account manager. They're available to assist with account queries, customise your experience, and ensure you're always aware of relevant offers.
Each VIP tier unlocks promotions that aren't visible or available to lower-tier members. These are separate from the general promotions on the platform and are tailored to the activity patterns of higher-tier players.
VIP members are placed at the front of the support queue for live chat. Higher tiers also gain access to a dedicated contact channel for their account manager, meaning faster resolution for any account issue.
There's no separate application for the VIP program. Progression happens automatically based on your activity on the platform.
Register a free account on 551pub. All accounts start at Bronze tier automatically and begin accumulating VIP points from the first qualifying wager.
Place real-money bets on eligible live casino tables, slot games, and sports betting markets. Each qualifying wager contributes to your VIP point total based on the applicable rate for that game type.
Track your point balance and tier progress from your account dashboard. When you reach the threshold for the next tier, your status updates automatically and the new benefits become active immediately.
Cashback credits, access to exclusive promotions, priority withdrawal handling, and your dedicated account manager (from Platinum) all activate as part of your tier status — no manual claims needed for most benefits.
VIP tiers at 551pub are maintained based on rolling activity over a defined period. Regular play keeps your tier status stable. If your activity drops significantly over the review period, your tier may adjust downward to reflect your current level of engagement with the platform.
This system is designed to ensure that VIP benefits remain meaningful and tied to genuine activity rather than being locked in permanently regardless of how much someone plays. The specific review periods and activity thresholds are outlined in the VIP program terms, which are accessible from your account after registration.
Your tier is reviewed periodically. Players who maintain consistent activity are unlikely to see any downward adjustment — the review process primarily affects accounts that have been largely inactive for an extended time.
If you have questions about your current tier status or progress, the 551pub support team can clarify through live chat or your dedicated account manager if you're at Platinum or Diamond level.
The VIP program rewards regular play, but it's important to always stay within your personal budget and time limits. Chasing tier status is not a sound reason to wager beyond what's comfortable for you. 21+ only. Gaming involves real financial risk.
